By accessing, purchasing from, or participating in the community spaces of ShowtimeCraft™, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this storefront or our associated platforms.

1. Ownership & Credit

All digital assets are original creations of ZoraPotato44. Your purchase grants you a limited license for personal use only. If you use our assets publicly, you must provide visible credit: “Created by ZoraPotato44”.

2. Prohibited Uses

You may not redistribute files, resell our assets, or upload them to third-party marketplaces. All products are for personal use unless a separate commercial license is granted.

3. Community Conduct

To maintain a safe, fair, and immersive environment, all users must follow established Discord and server rules. Harassment, cheating, or toxic behavior will result in moderation action, up to a permanent network ban.

4. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a file has been delivered. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent restriction from our network.

5. Copyright & DMCA

We respect intellectual property rights. Unauthorized use or re-uploading of our work may result in DMCA takedown notices and pursuit of available legal remedies.
